Sarah has had a personal mindfulness practice for nearly a decade, and describes mindfulness as life-changing!

She is a Mindful Schools Certified Instructor, and is the Executive Director of Brilliant Mindfulness, LLC. She spends her days teaching mindfulness to teachers, administrators, students, mothers, children, ... and YOU!

Prior to becoming a mindfulness instructor, Sarah taught high school social studies for 17 years. She is also the creator of the popular mindfulness website Left Brain Buddha.
