Happy Lovely Friday!
I am in Chicago today for the awesome BlogHer Conference ~ and I LOVE that I am meeting many of the amazing bloggers that I link up with every week for Finish the Sentence Friday!
This week our posts are about the best and the worst parts of blogging. I’m relatively new to blogging, so I’m still in the I’m-totally-in-love-with-my-new-passion-and-I-don’t-see-anything-bad-about-it phase. Today is about sharing that love!
So to finish the sentence, I’m sharing this post I wrote a few weeks ago about why I love blogging!
Blogs I Love
One thing I love about blogging is discovering other blogs and bloggers. Here are some of the blogs I have discovered since starting my own blog that I love reading! {I’m hesitant to do this, because I don’t like leaving people out, and there are many amazing blogs out there…}, but if you had to check out five new blogs today, I’d recommend:
Mindful Parenting, by Carla Naumburg. Carla’s posts always make me reflect on my own parenting.
A Design So Vast, by Lindsey Mead. I absolutely love reading Lindsey’s beautiful posts.
Mommy, For Real, by Stephanie Sprenger. Stephanie makes me laugh and think, all in the same post!
School of Smock, by Jessica Smock. I love Jessica’s combination of evidence-based parenting and mommy insights.
Awesomely Awake, by Shawn Ledington Fink. I am so inspired by Shawn’s writing about slowing down, living in the moment, and treasuring our time with our children.
Left Brain Buddha Posts that Readers Have Loved
Well, technically, “liked,” but we’re going with love today! Here are the most-read, most-loved posts from Left Brain Buddha:
Of Toddlers and Tyrants: The Anatomy of Tantrums
“Mind in a Jar”: Mindfulness Practice for our Little Buddhas
With Apologies to my Twenty-Year-Old Self ~ I Love Cleaning!
Adding “Coloring” to my To-Do List
And we’ll end with a post I love, all about mama-love:
A Love Note {and Some Confessions} to My Son on his Fourth Birthday
Have a Lovely Friday!
